ECO REVVVOLUTION: “Revenge of the Electric Car”
In 2008 my apartment building caught fire and burnt down. That man and woman in the preview above asking for a revolution? Those were my landlords and they are my dear friends. They lost practically everything but that didn’t halt their determination to bring the electric car to the masses.
Those of you who follow this blog know that a lot has happened in my life since 2008. Thailand, India, Turkey, Germany, Mexico - a year on the road, but now I’m back in the US.
What I’ve seen, coupled with the even greater appreciation I now have for nature and our shared environment, has given me new eyes and new goals. I got rid of my car and am determined to go electric when the time is right.
In the meantime, I encourage you: be part of the revolution: demand clean cars, open up your eyes, and spread the word. Corporate America, the oil companies, and our own government is turning our lives and their lives of future generations - and our natural world - into their new tax brackets. Fuck that! There are those working their asses off to bring us a cleaner future.
Watch this movie. Go electric. Take a stand.

The Zapotec civilization stands in the shadows of the better known Aztecs of Mexico, but the excavated city of Monte Alban sits proudly atop lush, verdent hills, just 20 minutes outside Oaxaca City.
The impressive site is thought to be only 10% excavated from its original grandiose urban plan. Today, Monte Alban is known for its extraordinary pyramids, precisely plotted astrological observatories, and stately Zapotec residences. This ancient city may have been claimed by the the Earth herself, but she remains as alive and as vibrant as ever!
